Form was engaged to deliver the 3,200 sqm corporate offices for Qiddiya, one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious giga-projects.
The client required a partner who could manage both design-assist coordination and full execution, ensuring clarity across multiple stakeholders and strict adherence to program deadlines.
Our scope covered full fitout and full MEP works, with daily QA/QC checks and comprehensive HSE supervision.
Working closely with consultants and the client team, we resolved late-stage design details through proactive design-assist and value engineering, protecting brand intent while reducing risk.
The project concluded with thorough system testing and commissioning, O&M documentation, and a snag-free handover.
The new offices now serve as a high-performance workplace for Qiddiya’s team, combining modern functionality with brand presence, delivered on time and in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code.
