SEF Arena - Riyadh
Form delivered the 5,000 sqm fit-out of the SEF Arena in Riyadh, a state-of-the-art venue designed specifically for esports tournaments and gaming events.
With only two months to complete, the project required fast-track execution, meticulous coordination, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Our scope included civil works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, seating arrangements, custom joinery, and decorative finishes, as well as MEP integration for HVAC, lighting, power, data, and fire life safety systems.
Special attention was given to acoustic performance, lighting design, and technical infrastructure to support live gaming, broadcasting, and large spectator crowds.
Despite the ambitious scale and accelerated program, the project was delivered on time, fully tested, commissioned, and snag-free.
Today, the SEF Arena stands as a premier esports destination in Riyadh, combining immersive design with the reliability required for world-class gaming events.
