We delivered a full fit-out for SEF’s new corporate offices, covering approximately 2,600 sqm.
The client needed a modern, functional workplace completed under a fast-track schedule without compromising on quality or compliance.
Our scope included partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, glazing, and full MEP coordination. Special attention was given to acoustics, lighting uniformity, and ergonomic layouts to support a productive work environment. Daily QA/QC inspections and strict HSE standards kept the program on track and ensured safe, clean execution.
Despite the accelerated timeline, the project was completed on schedule, fully tested and commissioned, and handed over snag-free. The result is a workplace that reflects SEF’s brand while providing an efficient, comfortable environment for its team.
